What this website and the pilot application collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

This notice is provided by [Cognary legal entity name] (“Cognary”, “we”, “us”), which operates FamRelay. It covers www.famrelay.ai and the FamRelay pilot application and updates forms. The FamRelay product itself will have its own documentation, provided to pilot participants before they share anything.
What we collect
- Pilot applications: your email address, optional first name, timezone, group type and size, the assistants your group uses, your answers about coordination problems and trust boundaries, and an optional value signal.
- Updates sign-up: your email address.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
- Website usage: a small, documented set of events — such as which button was clicked or which demo step was reached — without cookies that identify you. Your written answers, contact details and demo choices beyond fixed options are never sent to analytics tools. [Confirm analytics provider and whether any cookies are set.]
The concept demo runs entirely in your browser with fictional data. Nothing you do in it is uploaded.
Why we use it
- To review applications, contact you, and schedule pilot conversations.
- To learn which problems, assistants and controls matter most, so we build the right things first.

- To keep the site secure and working.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it
Pilot applications are kept for 12 months from when you apply, then deleted automatically — or sooner if you ask. Updates sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Form submissions are stored with Google Cloud in the United States (us-east1).
Your choices and rights

Children
